1. Welcome and Opening
The Chairman of ERFMI, Mr Smith, opens the meeting and welcomes all participants, especially Mr Barratt, the representative of the new member Designflooring, and d Mr Neyroud, the new representative of Altro. Apologies were received from Amorim, Endesign and IVC.
