1) Welcome and Opening
The Chairman of ERFMI, Mr Smith, opens the meeting and welcomes all participants, especially Mr Moinier, the new representative of Amorim, and Mr Schintz, the new representative of IVC. Apologies were received from BING, Dickson-Constant and Upofloor.
